You Did NOT Just Ask Me That

A woman in my office is pregnant with her first child. She and her husband went to the doctor yesterday and found out they're having a boy. She announced it to the staff this morning. A few minutes later, she came into my office holding a picture, and asked "Would you like to see a penis?"

First, no. I would not like to see a penis. Second, of the thousands of possible motives and situations that lead to that question, this could possibly be the one and only instance when a person asks "would you like to see a penis?" and not get fired and sued.
