Damn Liberal Media!

Jill was in the car the other day with the girls, listening to NPR (she loves the celebrity gossip).  The segment "StoryCorps" came on, where people interview each other about their lives.  The girls were very rowdy in the backseat.  Jill, who loves StoryCorps, screamed at them to be quiet.  OK, she asked them nicely and they quieted down.  And then they listened attentively.  To the story about a woman interviewing her father and asking him about the time when she was a kid that she busted him as being the tooth fairy.  With follow-up questions confirming that he was in fact Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, that her face did not in fact stick "that way", and that there really is no such thing as "cooties."  She turned the channel before he had time to answer her final question, "There is no god, and we are all destined to die, alone, forgotten, and unloved, aren't we daddy?"  This is NPR.
